What´s happening at Oswald?
Located in the traditional Bom Retiro neighborhood, the Oswald de Andrade Cultural Complex is an iconic space in São Paulo’s cultural scene. The building, which currently houses CULTSP PRO in the capital, is undergoing modernization to host a wide range of courses and cultural events.
The complex has a history deeply connected to the art and culture of São Paulo. Its name pays homage to the celebrated modernist writer Oswald de Andrade, one of the leading figures of the 1922 Week of Modern Art, an event that revolutionized the Brazilian artistic landscape.
In addition to being the headquarters of CULTSP PRO, the Oswald de Andrade Cultural Complex is also home to the São Paulo Dance Company, one of the most renowned in the country, known for its excellence and innovation in the contemporary dance scene. The space hosts rehearsals, performances, and workshops, serving as a hub for artistic development in the city.
CULTSP PRO will become an innovative technological center at Oswald, featuring state-of-the-art laboratories for podcasting, photography, video, and other creative fields. This space will offer a complete infrastructure to foster high-quality audiovisual content production, integrating technology and creativity in one place.
At Oswald, CULTSP PRO will be the meeting point for professionals and creators to explore new possibilities, develop unique projects, and promote a vibrant exchange between art and technology.
