CULTSP PRO is a pioneering program for professional qualification, innovation and sustainability created by São Paulo State Secretariat for Culture and Creative Economy and Industries in partnership with the Institute for Development and Management. Its main goal is to foster the economic development of Culture and Creative Industries’ Production Chain, strengthening the sector through professional qualification.
This groundbreaking initiative grants new capacity building and enhancement opportunities to professionals working in a number of segments and art forms. With courses adapted to specific needs in each area, the program seeks to nurture new talent as well as strengthen competencies of those already in the marketplace, in tune with transformations in the cultural sector.
CULTSP PRO offers a wide array of FREE courses adapted to the many needs of artists, creatives and cultural operators, catering to different professional development stages. The courses are allocated in six themed schools, in addition to a special qualification program.
